Inside/Out: A PYRO Artist Invitational Exhibition

November 20, 2015

"The close knit Louisville visual art community is a deep reservoir of talent. Pyro artists are passionately interested in and supportive of the greater arts community. Last year for our annual members show we invited a group of local poets to collaborate with us. This year, Pyro offers another special opportunity by throwing open the doors to other non-member artists. A sort of snap-shot of Louisville’s artistic community, the show will present both two-dimensional and three-dimensional work. This artist-choice exhibition will exemplify the great diversity of styles and techniques in our active visual arts community. "

As a guest artist of Bob Lockhart, my painting, "The Gallivant" will be on view in this exhibition through December 26th.

The exciting thing is that these 7 painters & drawers contribute new energy & fresh dialogue to an art form that has been around for millenniums! "
